Welcome to BM Travels. By accessing or using our website (https://bm-travels.com/) or booking any of our travel services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By using this website or engaging with any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
BM Travels is a travel services company offering holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and related travel services. We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport companies.
3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by BM Travels.
3.2 A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a written confirmation from BM Travels.
3.3 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details provided during booking (names, travel dates, passport information, etc.) are accurate. BM Travels is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
3.4 Prices quoted are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier changes.
3.5 Any special requests (dietary requirements, room preferences, wheelchair assistance, etc.) will be communicated to the relevant supplier but cannot be guaranteed.
4.1 A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid by the due date specified in your booking confirmation.
4.2 Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
4.3 All payments must be made in the currency specified by BM Travels. Additional bank or transaction charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4.4 BM Travels accepts payments via the methods listed on the website. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.
5.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to BM Travels.
5.2 The following cancellation fees generally apply (specific conditions will be outlined in your booking confirmation):

5.3 Certain bookings (promotional fares, non-refundable hotel rooms, etc.) may be non-refundable regardless of the above schedule.
5.4 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15–30 business days and returned via the original payment method.
5.5 BM Travels reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
6.1 Any changes to a confirmed booking (dates, destinations, passenger details) must be requested in writing.
6.2 Amendment fees may apply depending on the nature of the change and the supplier's policies. BM Travels will inform the customer of any additional costs before making changes.
6.3 Changes made within 7 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking, and full cancellation charges may apply.
7.1 It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure they hold valid travel documents including a passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel dates), visas, and any other entry requirements for all destinations on their itinerary.
7.2 BM Travels provides visa assistance as a service but does not guarantee visa approval. Rejection of a visa application does not entitle the customer to a refund of travel costs.
7.3 Customers must comply with all health requirements including vaccinations, health declarations, or COVID-19-related protocols applicable to their destination.
7.4 BM Travels is not responsible for any costs, losses, or consequences arising from a traveller's failure to carry the required travel documents.
8.1 BM Travels strongly recommends that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and personal liability.
8.2 BM Travels is not liable for any losses that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.
9.1 BM Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel service suppliers. These third-party suppliers have their own terms and conditions, which the customer also agrees to upon booking.
9.2 BM Travels is not responsible for any failure, delay, or substandard service provided by third-party suppliers.
9.3 Any complaints regarding third-party services should be directed to the relevant supplier. BM Travels will assist in communicating complaints on behalf of the customer where possible.
10.1 BM Travels shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to: flight delays or cancellations, loss of baggage, illness, injury, death, weather events, strikes, or acts of God.
10.2 Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific booking in question.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence on our part.
11.1 If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform the relevant service provider immediately so they have the opportunity to rectify the issue.
11.2 If the issue remains unresolved, please notify BM Travels in writing within 28 days of returning from your trip. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
All content on https://bm-travels.com/ including text, images, logos, and design elements is the property of BM Travels and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
13.1 You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party.
13.2 BM Travels reserves the right to restrict access to the website for any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behaviour.
13.3 We strive to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free at all times.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mali. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bamako, Mali, West Africa.
BM Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
